Our levels of service mirror the construction process.  

• Consultation: Exchange ideas and options to determine feasibility and best practices for your  particular property. The goal is to mesh the best of our concepts with yours. 

• Design: Create drawings and specifications of your vision, or work with other design services.

• Scope: Establish task lists and responsibilities, then follow up to be sure they are met.

• Budget: Develop preliminary costs and contingencies for your project. 

• Proposals: Request, review, and process quotes from contractors and suppliers.  

• Coordination: Schedule and communicate with owners, contractors, suppliers and others involved so that timelines flow smoothly.  

• Quality: Utilize timely project inspections to be sure milestones are met.
